Fixing #Unicode for #Hungarian

One of the misconceptions is that issues with Unicode do not exist in languages written in the Latin script. At translatewiki.net we got the request to replace characters with the correct characters for the Hungarian language.

Before Unicode, the characters available were defined in the ISO basic Latin alphabet. In Hungarian, like in other languages, they made do with what was available.

As Unicode has found its way on the Hungarian keyboards, such throwbacks are no longer necessary. It is wonderful that these replacements will be made wherever necessary in an automated way.
Thanks,

Hm, I thought we got rid of all these in the Hungarian Wikipedia a long time ago, but it seems one or two always survives. (But it is not easy to do automatic replacement on them in an encyclopedia containing names and quotations from all over the world, many of them legitimately having the "wrong" characters in them.)
