When you develop a tool, you test it

The #internationalisation for #Toolserver is being developed at the moment. This means that making tools ready for localisation is the experience that shows if the architecture works as designed.

One of the tools that is getting TLC as a result is OrphanTalk. This is a tool that shows talk pages that are no longer connected to its page. The tool is quite popular but its lack of localisation prevents it from becoming more popular.

Krinkle, the developer of the internationalisation tool, indicates that he intends to release often and early. The first release will allow localisations to be prepared at translatewiki.net and be used by compliant tools. The next phase will allow for functionality like the expression of plurals.

But first, getting it in production at translatewiki.net.
Thanks,
