It is the #Danish language #Wikipedia

The Danish Wikipedia is not about Denmark, it is a Wikipedia in the Danish language. When you signify Denmark, you use the "dk" code the Danish language is indicated with "da".

For this reason it is a mistake that Danish language projects can now be found using the dk code. Resolving bug 15357 should have been done by removing the referral in DNS to dk.wikipedia.org not by granting additional nationalistic references.
Thanks,

Redirects like these are actually a normal thing. For example...
* jp.wikipedia.org and cz.wikipedia.org which are redirects based on countries,
* epo.wikipedia.org and nb.wikipedia.org for alternate codes, and
* a bunch of other redirects.
